SSC acquires djhill e-commerce division

Suite Spot Commerce announced today that it has finalized agreements with local e-commerce development firm djhill & associates, inc. to acquire its rapidly growing e-commerce division.

With the acquisition, Daniel Hill, djhill's Director of Operations, will come aboard as Suite Spot Commerce's Chief Executive Officer.

The move makes Suite Spot Commerce the strongest Arizona e-commerce consulting firm, and the only robust commerce solution developed and owned by an Arizona headquartered company.

The acquisition moves more than $20M in annual online sales by former djhill & associates clients under the Suite Spot Commerce banner.

Suite Spot Commerce further announced that it will launch a substantial push to drastically increase its local reseller channel with a marketing effort beginning in January, 2005. Resellers can "private label" the Suite Spot software, consulting services and content - making their businesses more successful in the online retail arena.
